By booking a tandem flight or enrolling in any paragliding course with Paragliding Pakistan, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions.
All participants acknowledge that paragliding is an adventure sport and involves inherent risks.
2. Assumption of Risk
Paragliding is a weather-dependent aviation activity.
By participating, you understand and accept:
• Weather conditions may change unexpectedly
• Flights depend on wind and safety conditions
• Minor injuries can occur in adventure sports
• Takeoff and landing require physical cooperation
Participation is voluntary and at your own risk.
3. Health & Fitness Requirements
Participants must:
• Be physically fit
• Have no serious heart conditions
• Not be under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Inform instructors of any medical issues
We reserve the right to refuse flight if safety is compromised.
4. Weather Policy
All flights are strictly weather-dependent.
If conditions are unsafe:
• Flights may be delayed
• Flights may be rescheduled
• Flights may be canceled
Safety decisions are final and non-negotiable.
5. Tandem Flight Terms
For tandem flights:
• Instructor maintains full flight control
• Participant must follow takeoff and landing instructions
• Flight duration depends on weather conditions
• Video/photo recording is optional
Failure to follow instructions may result in cancellation.
6. Course & Training Terms
For paragliding courses:
• Students must attend all sessions
• Ground handling is mandatory before solo flight
• Independent flights are instructor-approved
• Progress depends on skill, weather, and safety assessment
Certification is issued only after meeting required standards.
7. Payments & Booking
• Full or partial payment required before flight/course
• Prices may vary by location
• Bookings confirmed after payment
• Rescheduling allowed based on availability
8. Cancellation & Refund Policy
• Cancellation 48 hours before flight → Eligible for reschedule
• Same-day cancellation → Non-refundable
• Weather cancellation → Free reschedule
Refund decisions are subject to management approval.
9. Liability Waiver
Paragliding Pakistan, its instructors, and team members shall not be held liable for:
• Minor injuries
• Weather-related delays
• Natural hazards
• Personal belongings loss
Participants accept responsibility for their decision to fly.
10. Media & Photography
By participating, you agree that:
• Photos/videos may be used for promotional purposes
• Social media sharing is allowed
• If you do not want media usage, inform in writing before flight
11. Equipment Responsibility
All equipment provided is certified and maintained.
Participants must:
• Handle equipment responsibly
• Not damage gear intentionally
• Pay for intentional damage
12. Code of Conduct
Participants must:
• Respect instructors
• Follow safety instructions
• Maintain discipline at takeoff/landing zones
Misconduct may result in cancellation without refund.
